DSO Store closing sale

Hi all,

Sorry been mia for awhile, we’ve just returned from a little holiday in the bushveld, and i have some snappies to show you too lol!!

It was a wonderful getaway, we stayed at Sondela in Bela Bela (Warmbaths), true african bushveld, the resort is lovely and we even had tame bokkies come to our cottages to look for food, they even knew the humans eating patterns lol, breakfast, lunch and dinner they would appear, here is a bokkie giving Caden a good sniff hello:

She had such fun with them and especially loved the little one’s!

Every morning they milk the cows early so we took her one morning to go have a look but nope she wanted to have a go lol!! Here she is being shown the ropes by Edmond:

and she had a solo try but somehow the milk just didnt want to come out lol

and her favourite treat was to ride Smirnoff:

A bit of sad news now, im sure most of you have heard that the stores at DSO are closing, mine too sniff sniff, thank you Bunny for everything that you have taught and shown me, I cannot express my gratitude enough. It has been a home like no other and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.

I will let you know where I end up as soon as I have found a new home to open my store again. Both sis Kim B and I are having our DSO Closing Store sales, 55% off our whole stores, valid until 31st October 2010.

I will have a little gifty for you all soon, just need a chance to settle back down this side and get the brain out of holiday mode lol.

LOL, Bunny asked me if I could do a gothycute character, she even wrote a background story for what she had in mind :

By Bunny: Im my mind, I see her as a 'lil 7-8 year old who's mommy has just given her permission to pick out her own clothes. So she's expressing her new independence much to her mommy’s chagrin, by going the total opposite of mommy’s favourite cutesy! She's been forced in pink in hair-bows her whole life and now she gets a little freedom, kwim?

Anyway the result was not quite what she asked for lol but think with each new one going forward, Jinxy will become more “independent” and start getting some gothic character to her personality lol. Thanks for your patience Bunny, it takes Jinxy’s mother awhile to adjust to a new headspace hehehehe as Bunny would say, “this is as goth as gaye gets at the moment” BWHAHAHAH hehehe but i sure had fun with her anyway and here she is, looking like me in the morning lol:

Back from Holiday…..

LOL, wow hubby surprised me with another get away break, we’d just gotten back from aunty kimmie when he said he wanted to get away with Caden and me and have a little family breakaway……. so he took us to a lodge near white river, it was so stunning and we had lots of fun, its going to be a bit of a battle now to get into routine again lol, my brain has gotten used to “holiday mode” lol.

Caden had great fun:

Here she is doing a little dance with her hands saying pony ride pony ride lol!!

She was making “tea” when she had a visit from the peacock, he was very tame and actually took Caden’s ‘biscuit” from her hand.

Little one amongst the Dinosaurs at the Dinosaur Park, she was going “wow look, wow look every time she found one hidden in the bush……

and every evening she had to feed her feathered friends by the pond.

yep me again lol!! Caden is so excited!! Auntie Kim and Wayne are coming over to us this weekend, they' havent been able to spend alone time together for awhile now so we’v put them in the “Honeymoon cottage” hopefully they can get some quality time in and relax a bit too. Caden is already running around -where’s aunty Kimmy so will have to wind her in a bit too hehehe, was so cute there was a fishing programme on TV last night and the first thing she says is… look its Nathans fish:)

Hi again, gosh cant believe I have ever blogged 2 days in a row lol, I’v got a little CU Freebie for you although the seasons are a bit out (we going into winter now and you all are entering summer). These leaves are the last ones on our Liquid Ambers and thought they were really pretty, I scanned them in before I left for Kims and when I came back all the leaves on the tree’s are now gone……….brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! Welcome Mr Frosty lol, anyway here they are if you’d like to keep them for when he visits you again…….

Back from holiday

Hi all, Caden and I went to visit aunty kimmie and boy we had such a fun time!!! Caden is now running around asking for her aunty and Nathan, she’s missing them big time:) Thanks sis for such wonderful memories, Caden got her first beach experience…………

after all the fun we got home and our town’s electricity was off for the whole day lol which meant holiday washing had to be put off till the next day…………..but then we didnt have any water as the electrics to pump the water from the main tanks was off again so we had to wait some more hehehe, but we finally settled down and catch up is finished……..

DSO is having a "private" designer call. if you are interested in selling at our site - send an enquiry to designer-info@digital-scrapbooking.org. Exclusive and non-exclusive now welcomed, sliding commission scale. We do have a few requirements as of June 1st... email for more info.

We use Zencart not xcart, BUT designers get real time invoices so they can track their sales.
All products MUST pass quality check, and then WE add them. Gives designers more time to design....
Bunny has been in business online since 2003/2004 - DSO started, I believe, early 2006.
Pay is via PayPal or personal check, no later then the 5th of every month. (Bunny has NEVER missed a payday. EVER.)
DSO IS a registered business in the state of KY, USA. Taxes and licensing for the site are paid as such.
The only fees we have are the commission splits. DSO eats the PayPal fees.
